We encourage  customers to contact us with any questions. We take great pride in building positive and lasting relationships. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you have concerns with your candle (or any item) please contact us, via the link below, within 5 business days, so that we can work on a resolution. Please be sure to open and inspect your product upon arrival.

You may notice slight variations with handcrafted candles which adds to their unique quality. These differences are expected and part of the personal hand crafted experience. Also, while we make every effort to describe our fragrances in detail, everyone experiences scents differently. Therefore we cannot issue replacements/refunds based on scents. 

Damages from shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please forward a photograph of the damaged item with a full written description to support@twistedflamescandleco.com Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier. As a courtesy, we will replace the damaged item or issue a credit on your next order. We value your happiness as a Twisted Flames Customer! It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, and freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. In the event that there are unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns, the customer will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee + freight charges.
